Owner/Chef Günther Schubert is a European-trained Chef with a Certified Chef de Cuisine (C.C.C.) designation. Through his many years experience as an Executive Chef of fine dining establishments and private clubs, as well as a previous restaurant owner/operator and community college culinary instructor, Günther is well qualified to meet the varied needs of food service operators.
Our consulting services include:
